1) Be aware of the various ways technology serves your life and inspires you. It's not just software ("apps"), but it can be hardware too (e.g., cars, trucks).
Reframe "I should" (guilt / shame) -> "this could work" or "maybe we'll try this"
2) Without being "hard on yourself", also be aware that some uses of technology may undermine health for certain people during certain times and in certain places
Reframe "I shouldn't" -> "this doesn't serve me" or "let's talk about that"
3) Be patient and balanced when evaluating technology solutions. Different family members will have different talents with technology.
Winning is having healthy family boundaries and sticking to them.
